Dear Graduate πŸŽ“

To the graduating class of 2021, I salute you. A big congratulations πŸ₯πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸŽ“πŸŽ‰. You have made it this far and it is an honor to celebrate you all. Eleanor Roosevelt once said β€œThe future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” The truth is, you believed, and soared high like an eagle despite the challenges you faced. Today, I rejoice with you. For the day you long awaited has arrived and a new chapter begins right here and right now. Four years ago, you walked into the unknown like a new mom trying to learn the ABC’s of motherhood. You left your comfort zone and found a new space, you called home. Although you weren’t sure of what lied ahead of you, you took gentle steps with each stride you made and now you are here. You unpacked your clothes, got acquainted to new faces, joined organizations, spent hours working on projects, fighting to get some sleep even while trying to pass your classes. You persevered amidst the casualties. You arose like the sun even on tough days, when the rain poured, and tears fell from your eyes, you welcomed the trials but you didn’t remain in the dark for too long. You spotted light and embraced it.

As you have made it to see this day you envisioned, it is my prayer that your light will continue to shine wherever you go. May you reminded always that you are created for a purpose. As you walked into your various universities to get your degrees, know that your life doesn’t stop here. Education lies beyond the corridors of the classroom, You are moving forward to the next level. You were purposefully positioned. Whether you were in college for four, five, or six years, you had an assignment here. For some, you fulfilled your assignment and for others, you are just getting started. The truth is, you will never know your assignment/purpose until you seek God. Yes, you made it this far because you worked hard but without the Lord on your side, where would you be? Did you know someone was praying you? Do you remember the friend God sent your way when you were going through your darkest times? Yes, that was the Lord, the one who loves you so much and has sustained you.

As you journey into newness, may you flourish in all that you do. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. You won’t get it right aways but you will learn and you will grow. May you stay the course. Like a flower, you will bloom but be willing to plant the seeds. The seeds you plant today will be a result of what is found in your garden. Welcome change and learn to embrace what comes your way in as much as the beauty of letting go of the weeds in your life. Shine bright and let your footprint be one of remembrance for those behind you to follow. The doors are opened for you. Walk in boldly and conquer all your dreams. Dream Big! Don’t let procrastination get the best of you. Write the book (s)πŸ“– . Create the short film πŸŽ₯. Live in another country. Be the business man/woman you always dreamed of becoming. Run for president. Start the organization. Have faith. Rise from your cocoon and like a butterfly, fly. The world is waiting for you. Once again, congratulations class of 2021 πŸ‘¨πŸΎβ€πŸŽ“πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸŽ“

My heart is so full of joy on this day. What a blessing it was to witness my brother graduating πŸ₯πŸ˜Š. I can’t express this joy enough but I will always cherish this day. Congratulations to the class of 2021 πŸŽˆπŸŽ‰. A job well done ☺️.

Prayer For Every Graduate πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨πŸΎβ€πŸŽ“

Dear God,

I thank you for the gift of today. Thank you for your sons and daughters. Father, I commit them into your hands. I ask O Lord that you will draw them nearer unto you. As they embark on this new chapter of their lives, I ask Lord that you will guide them and lead them in your way everlasting. Your word reminds me in Jeremiah 29:11 that you know the plans that you have for each of your children. Your plans are to prosper them and not to harm them. I ask Lord that as they move forward into the door you have set for them, you will teach them to fix their eyes on you. Give them a deeper hunger to know you more than ever before. May they be reminded that they are never too young to know you. In a world that presents them with so much information, may you give them a revelation of you. Help them to be reminded always that you are always with them. Surround them with the right people at the right place and at the right time. I ask Lord for wisdom concerning these ones. Wisdom from you alone. I pray that whatever decisions, they will have to make, they will seek your wisdom above all things. I ask Father for your grace and strength in every season. In times of difficulty, may they be reminded that your grace is sufficient for them and your power is made perfect in their weaknesses. May they experience your joy and peace. May you open up doors of opportunities in their lives and may you teach them how to live for you. In all that they do, may them seek you first ( Matthew 6:33). Thank you Lord because you alone are Sovereign and we put our trust in you. Thank you Lord because you love us so much. Thank you for everything. In Jesus name, that I have asked this and prayed. Amen πŸ™πŸΏ

Cheers to you class of 2021 πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΏπŸ€—πŸ₯. A job well done. Celebrate πŸŽ‰πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨πŸΎβ€πŸŽ“
