Welcome into the sweet month of July. I am so excited for all that the Lord has in stored for this month and the rest of the year. For now, let us just bask at mere fact that we have crossed over to see yet another month. I am grateful to the Lord for His goodness, love, mercies and continuous kindness upon my life. So we are in July and there’s a song that has been springing forth from within me that goes like this “You are good and your mercy is forever. Hallelujah. Jehovah you are the most high. You are the most high God” You see, God is Good. He has been good to each and everyone of us. There are moments in our lives when we wonder about the goodness of God but I’ve come to understand that God’s goodness is His character. It changes not by circumstances but it is the constant and continual evidence of the God that we serve.
My darling, July is here with all of its goodness, radiance, and surprises. My heart is full of joy, I can’t even explain. It’s a month of God’s favor , rest and victory. I believe that God wants to do so much in His children’s life but it is my prayer that our hearts will be aligned with God’s will. Scripture tells us that “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” ( See Proverbs 19:21). We can create our own schedules and agendas but if God is not involved, it will become a recipe of disaster. As we take gentle steps throughout the month of July, it is my prayer that we will seek the Lord. The more we seek God, the more we know Him. The more we know Him, the more we abide and love on Him. No matter where you are in your journey with the Lord, continue to draw nearer unto Him. Like never before, draw closer to your first love.
Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.
Revelations 2:4
It is a new season and God is still at work in our lives. As long as you and I have breath in our lungs, there is still hope. Child of God, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Draw near to the Lord and He will draw near to you. Rejoice, it is a new month 🥁. Let praise rise from the inside. Give thanks to the Lord, for He is Good. There is none like Him.
I have tasted of God’s goodness, kindness, love, grace, and so much more.
Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
Psalm 34:8
Child of God, may you experience the fullness of God’s blessings for you throughout this month. May the Lord surprise you. Scripture tells us of our God and His continuous goodness and faithfulness ( See Psalm 31:9) . All throughout this month of July, may you shout for joy. May you testify of the goodness of the Lord in your life. No matter the trials that may come your way, like Paul said in James 1:2-3 “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” Although finding joy amidst the challenges of life is much easier said that done, it is possible through the Holy Spirit. I pray that you will experience the fullness of joy in the presence of the Lord.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13
Daughter of Zion, rejoice in the Lord. Son of the King, shout hallelujah. Rejoice because you are alive. You made it to see yet another month. Praise the Lord who is your Father, Friend, Strength, Living Hope and everything that you will ever need. Give thanks to the Lord because He is Good. The Lord has been so good and He alone is worthy of all the praise.
Take a moment to thank the Lord. Remember all that He has done for you. Bask in His presence.
May your faith arise like never before in this month of July. Scripture tells us that “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you. ( Luke 17:6). In the same way as our faith can move mountains, may we learn the essence of being obedient. Obedience is very relevant in the Kingdom of God. Our unwilling to be obedient can hinder us from receiving the promises of God and can cause us to miss out on knowing the heart of the Father and also what He is doing in our lives. May we walk in obedience and experience the overflow of God’s perfect blessings.
It’s a new season. The doors are opened. There is refreshing and God is still at work. May you partner with the Lord in all that you do, seeking His face always.
Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.
Proverbs 16:3
Child of God, stay committed to the Lord. Be reminded that God is with you. Never will He leave you nor forsake you. Rejoice in the Lord. Sing a new song. Count your blessings and name them one by one. Remain in the praise lane. Keep trusting and putting your hope in Christ alone, your solid rock and cornerstone.
God is with you. He is for you and not against you. Though the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, God has come to give us abundant life.
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
Philippians 4:4
To all my birthday 🥳 celebrants, may the Lord bless you. May His face shine upon you. May you find favor in the sight of God and before men. May you taste and see that God is Good throughout the month. Victory is your anthem. Laughter is your portion. All round joy, peace, love will be yours in Jesus name. It’s our month and surely we will rejoice in God, our Savior 🙌🏿🥁.
To the weddings/anniversaries, God’s continuous blessings upon your union. May love blossom and may Christ be your foundation in every season. May you experience God’s perfect blessings in Jesus name.
